Dr. Ayoubi runs a very small office, but she runs a tight ship, so her front desk staff is very friendly and professional. And so Nida, the hygienist who I’ve been treating, I mean, who’s been helping me and my family, I’ve known for years, I think since I started coming here and brought all of my family over here, which was over 10 years ago. This is literally the only place we’ve been, and Nida has been the nicest.

She’s helped me, my mom who had a really complicated situation with her gums and then her teeth later on, Nida was nothing but the sweetest, most professional person we knew. There are so many reasons why I love coming back here, and it’s not just me, it’s my mom, it’s my parents-in-law, my sister-in-law, my husband, my kids, basically our whole family loves coming back here for a number of reasons. Everybody’s so caring and friendly and professional, and also they give you that peace of mind that costs a million bucks to me, when you are not worried about the decisions that your doctor, in this case your dentist, and his team, her team, makes on your behalf.

My whole family varies in age and dental issues and the severity of the dental issues or the absence of such, and it’s from the cracking your tooth to the most complicated procedures that require dentures for my mom, Dr. Ayoubi and her team were able to address every single issue.

I think that what sets this practice apart is that peace of mind that it gives you to trust your dentist because I do and my whole family does and it’s not just Dr. Ayoubi though. I want to make sure that everybody understands Dr. Ayoubi is the dentist, right? The practice is built around her but there is also her team and that’s Nida, the hygienist who we all love. She’s the friendliest, most professional person I know and then Maria who runs the front desk and Alessandra who helps Dr. Ayoubi who my kids absolutely adore.

She is so sweet. This practice keeps our whole family comfortable by making us feel like we’re a part of decision making as well as the part of this practice as a family because Dr. Ayoubi talks to us through every single decision that she makes, explains why she makes it or why she thinks this should happen or this shouldn’t happen and then pass the decisions along to people who she trusts which is again her assistant Alessandra and Nida the hygienist and they execute it with the best results.

This practice has helped improve my smile and oral health from obvious things. First of all, I procrastinated a long time to consider Invisalign, but I did have a bite issue and a side barb that is. My smile is going to be greatly improved by the Invisalign treatment.

From the very first cleaning, you’re provided instruction on how best to clean your teeth, and I say that because both myself and my husband come here, and his direction and instruction was somewhat different than mine. When it comes to anxiety, I lead the pack in being anxious in a dental chair. I don’t know why, but it’s true, and I have never experienced that.

I’ve been to other dental practices in the past that I have required something to calm my nerves before I get there, or a little bit of something that will just relax me during the procedure. I’ve never had to do that here.

What I love about coming to this practice, and it’s an overarching theme on everything they do here, is customer service. You feel welcome from the beginning all the way through to the end. What I believe sets Allure Dental Practice apart is its community feel but with an extremely modern approach to dentistry.

What I love about Dr. Ayoubi is her personal approach to you as a patient. I always feel like she sees me as a patient and it feels like a personal relationship as well as a professional one. If I were speaking to a new patient, someone in search of a dental practice, I think the first question they need to ask themselves is what are they looking for? If they’re looking for a dental practice where you walk in and there’s 12 dentists on the floor going from patient to patient, this is not the place.

This is the place where you will receive personal care, personal attention, and always feel like your dentist has an invested interest in your satisfaction. That’s rare.

Quality of care has been phenomenal for me, especially. I’ve, like I said, I’ve been here more times than I wanted to be with missing teeth and all these things going on, but they have did a very good job of taking care of myself, so I’m very appreciative. It’s about 11 years ago I lost my front of my front teeth during a high school basketball game, and ever since then I had probably four or five crowns, and then I transitioned over here, and it took me a long time, but I was able to get an implant finally, and they have done a great job making sure that I got all the treatment plans, I knew all the options, and then they work with the oral surgeon as well, and so they, she recommended me to a really great oral surgeon, and was able to get everything done, and it was a long process, very long process, whether it be waiting for it to heal, like the root canal, I had to do a whole bunch of things to get the front teeth, this is one of my front teeth, so they were able to stick with me, and like I said, multiple visits, but they didn’t get tired of me, so I’m appreciative of them for that.

Why do I love coming to Allure Dental? Because they’ve been with me for approximately, I’d say about 10 to 12 years. They have always been great at what they do, constant feedback, and they always follow up on myself. And then also I have family members that come into this dentist as well.

A lot of people are scared of going to the dentist, but they make that experience, like they talk to you like you’re a person, they ask if you need anything, always accommodating you with whatever you need. So they’re very calming. By having conversations with you, asking you how you’re doing, like what’s going on in your life.

Some of them, they’re able to connect because some of them have gone to the same colleges as some people, or they’re interested in sports or whatever other activities. And they also have Netflix on their TV screen. So they’re able to provide that if you wanna have something on.

But most importantly, just the conversations. If I was talking to someone who’s a new patient, I would say to come here as far as the experience. Whatever you need done, they’ll do it.

And they are also very understanding of what your situation might be, whether it’s a payment plan. They’re very transparent too. They don’t sugarcoat things.

And a lot of dentists, some of them, I feel like they say things just to get you to come back and try to get money out of you. But they like seeing you, one, but they also want you to have the best smile you could possibly have. And any pain, they always check and ask if you have any pain every time you come here.

So they’re very caring.

The quality of care has been consistently so high since I started coming here. Every single time I’m here it’s like my first time in that they’re incredibly professional. They treat me as though I am the number one patient and the only patient that day, right? It feels like they truly prioritize my health.

The first time I ever had a deep cleaning was at Allure Dental and so I really wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds like an procedure and so I really didn’t know what to think coming in, whether I was going to entirely be uncomfortable through the whole process or if it was going to be done in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that short but it flew by because of Nida’s and Dr. Ayoubi’s expertise and willingness to kind of joke and, you know, make it fun the whole time.

So it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Nida is especially tuned in to how I’m feeling, especially when I’m in the dentist chair. I remember there was one time where I was getting really nervous and I kind of wanted to stop what we were doing just to be able to take a breath and she, without questioning, was able to take any equipment off of me and really give me a second to take a breath, really ground myself and be prepared to keep moving forward in what we were doing.

They really treat you like a person here, not just a patient, and that shows in their management of patients with anxiety.

Allure Dental has really changed my relationship with dentistry care in general. I was super anxious when I first came in. I had had bad experiences with dentists before, but the entire team at Allure Dental really makes me optimistic and even excited, which is crazy to say, about coming to the dentist.

She is so professional, but also she’s very friendly and there’s no pressure involved in the whole process. I don’t feel like I’m being judged for coming in with my teeth in a certain condition or judged because I don’t want to undergo some procedure or optional treatment, but rather she lays out all of the options in front of me and allows me to decide based on her professional opinion what would be best for my teeth. If you were a new patient and you were looking for a new dentist, I would absolutely recommend Allure because of the unique dental experience that they provide in that they treat you like a human.

They really understand the level of expertise that’s necessary for caring for your teeth at the highest level and it’s a low-pressure environment to really get good care for your health.
